a) You Are Invited -  In combination with Booth University College studies, The Salvation Army in Williams Lake  is holding a workshop designed to learn about Inspirational Leadership and what it looks like when put into practice. Inspiring leadership engages people’s hearts and minds. It grows out of relationships that are trusting, supportive, challenging and provocative.  Inspirational leaders bring out the best in people; they balance the needs and interests of their employees, volunteers, customers, clients, community members, and their organization. They lead by example and they demonstrate integrity. We strive to have leaders spring up from any and all people.

The Salvation Army wants to discover and share as much as we can about Inspirational Leadership in our community, and what you expect or want to see from your leaders. We respect your experiences, your expertise and your opinions and want to take the time to learn more about them.   The finished report on the info gathered from this session and other like it throughout the province will be compiled and evaluated.    This document then can then be shared with all participants.
